This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Titan Attachment Pro.
General Return Eligibility
Unless otherwise noted under Brand-Specific Return Policies, general returns must meet all of the following conditions:
Eligible Returns
A return is eligible only if:
• The return request is submitted within 30 days of the order’s shipping date.
• The item is unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and free of hydraulic fluid marks, scratches, mounting wear, or signs of use.
• The item is returned in its original manufacturer packaging or approved equivalent.
• Buyer pays all shipping costs (return shipping and original outbound freight, even if “free shipping” was applied).
• A valid Return Authorization (RMA) is issued by Titan Attachment Pro.
Non-Returnable Items
• Clearance, Closeout, Demo, Used, or Prototype items (sold “as-is”)
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
• Items showing any installation, hydraulic connection, testing, or wear
• Items returned without an RMA
• Built-to-order products once production has begun
Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns unless otherwise specified in writing before purchase.
Restocking fees do apply to:
• Standard returns
• Customer-requested exchanges processed as return + new order
• Returns due to customer error (wrong item ordered, incorrect fitment, etc.)
Restocking fees do not apply to:
• Defective items confirmed by the manufacturer
• Incorrect items shipped due to Titan or manufacturer error
Return Shipping Costs
Unless explicitly agreed in writing before purchase:
• The customer is responsible for all return freight costs.
• The customer is responsible for all outbound freight costs, even when free shipping was provided at checkout.
• Freight returns must use a carrier capable of handling palletized equipment.
For returns related to incorrect or defective items, Titan Attachment Pro will coordinate with the manufacturer. If the manufacturer approves a defect claim, return shipping may be covered at their discretion.
Brand-Specific Return Policies
Manufacturer rules override general return rules. These differences are required and must be disclosed clearly.
Stinger Attachments
• Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving the product.
• Item must be new, unused, unmodified, and in original/approved packaging.
• Customer pays all freight costs.
• Returns received after 10 days or showing signs of use will be refused unless covered under warranty.
Digga
Functionality Guarantee (7 days)
If, within 7 days of receipt, you experience a technical issue preventing the attachment from performing as represented during the order process, Digga’s support team will attempt troubleshooting.
If the unit still cannot perform the stated function:
• Digga may authorize a refund of the product purchase value, excluding freight.
• Product must be returned within 7 days of claim approval, freight prepaid.
• Product must be inspected and confirmed to be in good working condition for refund eligibility.
• Unauthorized returns or returns without written authority will be refused at customer's expense.
Standard Return Option (14 days)
If Digga met all obligations and provided a standard off-the-shelf product on time:
• Digga may accept a return within 14 days of purchase.
• A 15% restocking fee applies.
• All freight charges must be prepaid by the customer.
• Used or installed products cannot be returned.
Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items
This section is separate from general returns.
Incorrect Item Received
• Notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
• Item must be unused and uninstalled.
• Titan or the manufacturer will issue instructions and cover return freight if confirmed.
Defective Item
• Report defects immediately with photos/videos.
• Titan Attachment Pro will submit a claim to the manufacturer.
• Manufacturer decides all warranty outcomes.
• If approved, repair or replacement may be provided.
• Freight costs are determined by the manufacturer.
Freight Damage
• Damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 24 hours.
• Follow the freight damage instructions on our Shipping Policy page.
Return Instructions (RMA Required)
All returns must follow these steps:

Email support@titanattachmentpro.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA).

Provide: order number, photos, and reason for return.

Wait for written approval and shipping instructions.

Package the item securely in original or approved packaging.

Ship to the address provided in the RMA using a freight carrier suitable for heavy equipment.
Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or returned at the customer’s cost.
Unauthorized Returns
Unauthorized returns may be rejected. If returned freight cannot be sent back:
• We will hold the item for 3 business days at no charge.
• After that, storage fees may apply.
• Items unclaimed after 30 days are considered abandoned.
Refund Process
• Refunds for eligible returns are issued within 10 business days after inspection.
• Manufacturer confirmation may be required, for example, Digga inspections.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
• Bank or card processing times vary.
Outbound shipping charges, return shipping, and restocking fees are deducted from the refund unless prohibited by law.
Exchanges
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of shipment.
• Buyer pays shipping both ways (unless exchange is due to a confirmed error).
• All exchanges require approval.
• Many manufacturers treat exchanges as a return + new purchase, meaning restocking fees may apply.
Order Cancellations
Stock Items
• Orders may be canceled before shipping at no charge.
• Once shipped, the order is treated as a return (freight + restocking fee apply).
Manufacturer Return and Warranty Policies
Each manufacturer maintains its own return and warranty policies. These rules override Titan Attachment Pro’s general return policy when differences exist.

If a brand’s policy differs from Titan Attachment Pro’s general rules, the manufacturer’s policy will apply.
Built-to-Order Items
• Cancellations are allowed only before production begins.
• Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Any exception must be approved in writing by the manufacturer.

Manufacturer return/warranty policies govern all brand-specific returns. Links to warranty pages are located on our Warranty Policy page. When manufacturer policies conflict with general Titan policies, the manufacturer’s terms apply.
